This session will be building on DairyNZ last session around budgets and you will hear from a local accountant to hear their perspective on budgeting, how tax can affect your business and how different businesses can be structured.

By the end of this session you will:

• Be aware of seasonal cashflow and working capital requirements
• Have a framework for using financial data in job assessment decisions
• Understand who pays what with regards to different business roles and structures
• Know where to find information to build farm business budgets
